Curriculum Architecture, Strategic Content, and
Learning Systems

I design, develop, and deliver content that balances analytical rigor with a human judgment for positive real-world impact.

See the big picture. Mind the details.

The following interactive domain-agnostic model illustrates how informational and marketing content interrelate across B2B and B2C environments. The displayed paths highlight reuse, dependency, and cross-functional opportunities that are often missed across organizational silos. Select (or click) the deliverables to view each path

Purposefully generic. I can easily apply this type of process diagram and analysis to domain-specific organizations. I can also also create process diagrams that address specific documents to provide more granular insights. The next evolution would be to combine the listed assets with links to databases or spreadsheets, so that PMs and other planners can more accurately evaluate development costs and the elusive costs associated with project churn.

Important! Documentation maps in HTML format are large and wide and are not mobile-friendly. For the best viewing experiences accessing this information, please view the interactive version of these maps on a larger monitor, including a tablet, laptop or desktop monitor.

Documentation Content Maps

Each map traces the complete lifecycle of content — from the source documents that initiate production on the left, through derivative and distribution stages, to the published outputs on the right. Use these maps to identify content dependencies, locate reuse opportunities, and align production workflows across B2B and B2C informational and marketing functions.

★ Nodes marked with a star overlap with content from another map. These represent reuse or dependency opportunities across organizational boundaries.

A note on the maps: The ★ overlap nodes are the most actionable part. For example, B2B White Papers appear in both the Informational and Marketing maps — one team authors them, but both teams should be drawing from them. Organizations that miss this connection create duplicate, often inconsistent, versions of the same content. The maps make that overlap visible and hard to ignore.
